Mario Shiliashki
Chief Executive Officer
Mario brings to myPOS decades of experience and a global view on payments and fintech, having served in global senior leadership roles at PayPal, Mastercard and PayU. Before joining myPOS in April 2024, he successfully led all stages of transformation, growth, M&A and exit as CEO of PayU GPO - an online payments and fintech player in high-growth markets across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Mario has served as non-executive director on the boards of several public and private companies in the financial services and technology sectors and has been an advisor in a few tech-focused investment funds.
In his early career, Mario was an equities analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York and a strategy consultant at Bain in London. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Bryant University.
Abdenour (Nour) Bezzouh
Chief Technology Officer
Nour has over 25 years of leadership experience in engineering and digital transformation across four continents. He has proven expertise in transforming organisation and technology to accelerate growth and innovation within the financial sector, specialising in consumer technology, enterprise SaaS and fintech.
For more than two decades, Nour was part of Intuit in Silicon Valley, California. There, he drove the small business engineering and product expansion serving millions of small businesses with vital financial tools and payment services. He also served at Banco Santander, as the Digital Head of Technology and Operations, to spearhead the bank's transition to a global financial-services platform and launched multiple fintech initiatives. Nour held CTO roles at Talent.com and PagoNxt, Santander Payment Division. He holds an honours master’s degree in telecommunication and computer sciences from Paris Telecom France, and a project management & Agile certification from Carnegie Mellon University, California.

Matt Komorowski
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt brings a wealth of payments experience from iconic companies such as PayPal, Groupon and the Boston Consulting Group. Most recently, he served as CRO at Volt.io where he focused on driving adoption of the company’s open banking products across business verticals and international markets.
Matt has more than 12 years of experience in the payments sector, including a decade-long tenure at PayPal where he served as a managing director for Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Benelux before leading partnerships across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East & Africa. He holds a degree in commerce and finance from the University of Toronto.
Irfan Rasmally
Chief Payments Officer
With more than 20 years in the payments industry, Irfan has extensive experience working with banks, payment gateways, PSPs and the card schemes. He started his professional journey at the State Bank of Mauritius in 2002 before joining a German PSP as a business development manager and director in 2007. Since 2013, Irfan has been leading myPOS business development and now he also overlooks core-payments and supply-chain efforts.
Massimo Terreni
Country Manager Italy
Massimo has a solid background in the financial services industry. He has worked with brands such as American Express, Citibank, iPAY International, Gesfin and iCard. Leading myPOS Italy for more than 7 years, he can offer valuable insights about the Italian payment landscape and its recent evolution. According to Massimo, Italian merchants are among the most open-minded and innovative.

Zoltan’s experience includes Lycamobile, Farbax and MTEL. He has been part of the myPOS team for 4 years and has been essential to growing the business in the DACH region, partnering with companies such as Samsung and Coca-Cola. Zoltan can be a great resource to any reporter looking for comprehensive information related to the evolving payments landscape in Central Europe, B2B payment acceptance and the potential of tap-to-pay technology.
Florian Malvicino

Florian has been leading myPOS France for 4 years. Together with his teams in the Paris, Lyon and Aix-en-Provence showrooms, he has helped boost contactless payment acceptance among French merchants. Prior to joining myPOS, Florian was heading Sales at SRF. Florian is available to help reporters tackle the hot topics of the day, especially when they relate to digital and instant payments.

For nearly 20 years, Anthony has been helping SMEs grow and better respond to future challenges by offering them ways to diversify their payment options. He has a long history in the payments sector, having worked for companies such as RBS WorldPay, GlobalCollect and NS Hispeed. Anthony has been part of myPOS for more than 9 years and can be a valuable media resource on topics such as the extensive Dutch migration to digital payments and local payment habits.

Matthew drives the myPOS business in the United Kingdom where he has been working with business owners to help implement new payment options and address the biggest pain points of SMEs. Matthew’s previous experience includes Procter & Gamble, Lycamobile, ePay as well as a wide range of sales and leadership roles.
Polina Toskova

Having worked across a number of banks and fintech organisations, Polina has experience in the areas of card processing, merchant POS acquiring, alternative payment methods and antifraud technologies. In the last few years, Polina’s team has achieved significant growth on the Bulgarian market, so she often talks to local and regional media about payment trends, innovative technologies and the benefits of fintech tools.
Pedro Osório de Castro

With a background in management and marketing, Perdo has experience in customer acquisition, international partnerships and digital transformation. Before joining myPOS, he held a leadership role in several payments-focused entities such as Paybyrd, Payscala and Millennium bcp. Pedro’s team in Lisbon can help answer questions about the changing payment habits and the increasing use of electronic payments in Portugal.
