Simple price model

The myPOS price model is very simple, you only pay for what you use. We have no contracts, subscriptions, or any service fees. The pricing model consists of three components:

All acceptance contracts for debit and credit cards, Bancontact, iDEAL and MO/TO are taken care of when joining us. There are no additional costs or subscriptions. Also for the use of business credit cards, tipping functionality, detailed reporting, MO/TO or pre-authorisations you pay nothing extra.

It is possible to use our PSP services without purchasing a payment terminal. With our PSP services you can enable payments on your website, send payment requests and accept Tap to Pay on your Android device using the myPOS Glass app.

Receive a free Debit Mastercard with a payment terminal. Use it to pay for groceries, supplies, invoices, and online bookings such as hotels and car rentals. Additionally our myPOS Premium and Metal Business cards offer exclusive advantages for any business.

1. Payment terminal

We have a suitable payment terminal for each business and every industry. We have the compact and leightweight payment terminal without receipt printer, ideal for on the go. For the heavy users we have the smart payment terminals with built-in receipt printer, touchscreen and useful apps.

myPOS devices

You pay a one-time fee for the purchase of the payment terminal. No renting or monthly fees apply. The payment terminal contains a built-in data SIM card with unlimited data, connecting your device anywhere in the EEA with internet. The use of the SIM card is absolutely free. No smartphone or bluetooth connection are needed.

With a payment terminal, you get a standard one-year warranty. You can extend the warranty of a myPOS payment terminal by one or two years. Should your payment terminal defect in the second or third year, we will exchange it. The lifetime service and support (updates, remote maintenance, support by phone, mail and chat) remains free during the entire lifetime of the payment terminal.

2. Transaction rate

You can choose which price model suits your business best, a percentage model or a fixed transaction rate for each transaction.

We have two options:

With the first option, your transaction fee is based on a percentage of the transaction amount. The fee is variable and applies for all Bancontact and Belgium, EER and UK consumer debit and credit cards. The percentage fee is active when the terminal is purchased for the promotion price.

With the second option, you pay a fixed transaction fee. It further reduces the costs and applies for all Bancontact and Belgium consumer debit cards. A percentage fee applies for all Belgium credit cards and EER and UK consumer debit and credit cards.

3. Bank transfer

From your myPOS account you can transfer to any IBAN bank account in Europe for € 3 per transfer. The maximum amount per transfer is € 25.000. Accepted amounts are credited directly to your myPOS account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can transfer money to any bank account in a SEPA country. It does not necessarily have to be your own (business) bank account.

Most customers transfer an amount weekly or monthly. Should you need to transfer more frequently for business reasons, please contact us for a lower bank transfer rate.

Why does myPOS charge transfer fees?

Accepted amounts are credited directly to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Banks and credit card companies require a number of days to weeks (for credit cards) to complete a transaction. Amounts therefore arrive at myPOS at different times (days to weeks later).
