Does the myPOS Go 2 work offline?



In order to accept payments, this card reader has to be always connected to the Internet over 3G/4G through the data card that comes pre-installed along with it.

With a paperless portable card reader, how can I provide a receipt to customers?



These are referred to as "electronic receipts" which can be conveniently sent to customers via email or SMS upon their request using the POS device. Simply input the customer's email address or phone number, and send the e-receipt without any hassle.

How long does the delivery take after ordering a device?



How quickly can I see every payment in my IBAN after a purchase?



Right away. It is an instant payment. Processing takes seconds.

Can I assign payments from the POS to my bank account?



You can enjoy the convenience of myPOS without needing to possess a bank account. All payments made will be promptly settled in your personal myPOS merchant account, which supports multiple currencies. Afterwards, you have the flexibility to transfer the funds to any desired bank account or utilize our specialized Mastercard card for efficient management of your corporate expenditures.

What happens if the terminal gets lost or stolen? Is anybody able to do any harm to my business with it?



If the portable card reader is misplaced or stolen, please notify us promptly. The only potential consequence is the acceptance of a limited number of transactions that might need to be charged back or refunded. Your business will be responsible for covering the transaction fees, which is the sole impact in the event of a lost or stolen device.

How can I accept payments from customers with mobile phones?



The card payment machine uses NFC (Near Field Communication) to accept payments. All cards and devices (incl. mobile phones with an installed e-wallet) can be connected for a payment. Just bring the e-wallet device closer to the reader.
